Hi, I'm Michelle, and together with my husband Mike, we own Two Keys Home Watch, proudly serving homeowners throughout Naples and south collier county.

​

Our connection to this area goes back more than 30 years. In 1992, Mike brought me to Marco Island to meet his family, and I instantly fell in love with Southwest Florida—the beautiful water, welcoming communities, and relaxed lifestyle. What started as annual visits eventually became something more. After raising our children and watching them head off on their own, we made the decision to call Southwest Florida home full-time.

 

Family has always been at the heart of that decision. Mike's father owned and operated a successful restaurant just off of Marco Island, and his mother worked as a guidance counselor. They believed in hard work, strong relationships, and giving back to their community—values that continue to guide us today. When we moved to the area, we chose to live near Mike's mom so she could continue enjoying her seasonal lifestyle with the support and peace of mind that comes from having family close by.

Our professional backgrounds make us uniquely qualified to do just that. I bring more than a decade of experience in property and asset management, overseeing operations across multiple states, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs, and providing detailed reporting to owners. I am also a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM), a graduate of the Home Watch Academy, and a Certified Home Watch Reporter, with specialized training in home watch best practices, documentation, and client reporting.

Mike brings extensive experience in community association management and property operations. As a Community Association Manager in Naples, he currently oversees a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations. His background also includes years of managing large landscape maintenance operations and caring for residential communities throughout the south.

​

Together, we combine professional experience with a personal commitment to service. As a family-owned and operated business, we live here year-round, know the local communities, and understand the unique needs of seasonal homeowners.
